Strapping Equipment Types
Strapping machines come in all different shapes and sizes. The smallest machine we have to offer only weighs 190 pounds and can be easily transported around your warehouse to fulfill different needs in different locations. These small machines are capable of applying secure straps to packages as small as 3”x1”. Our larger selection of equipment has the capabilities to strap full pallet loads. These machines can apply straps vertically or horizontally onto your pallets to assure that they will not tip during transportation. The semi-automatic machines supplied by Hughes Enterprises only require an operator who controls where and when the straps get applied. We also have fully automatic machines that don’t require an operator. These machines have the ability to run at speeds of 65 straps per minute.
Our stock of packaging supplies includes all of the materials you will need to run the strapping systems we sell. Whether you are using plastic polypropylene or steel strapping we have a supply of different sized straps that can utilized in any application.
