Steel Strapping Tensioners

Feedwheel Tensioners - For general use on flat surfaces, feedwheel tensioners feature fast and easy operation. With unlimited take-up, the strapping is pulled through the tool until the desired tension is obtained.

Push-Type Tensioners - These tools are for use on small or irregular shaped surfaces. Using push-type seals, the tensioner pushes against the seal without any part of the tool coming between the strap and the package.

Windlass Tensioners - These tools are used for heavy tensioning applications such as rail car or truck loading. The strap passes through the slotted windlass drum for positive heavy tension.

Pneumatic Tensioners - With speed and ease of operation, these tools feature reversing or non-reversing motors with unlimited feedwheel take-up. The pusher type is for use on irregular-shaped surfaces. The feedwheel type is ideal for flat surfaces of all sizes. It is available in two tension ranges and has an optional cutter attachment.
