High Resolution Marking - ProSeries Overview
From lumber, to ceramic tile, to corrugate, ProSeries inkjet printers produce high quality, high resolution text, barcodes and graphic images. Five different print head configurations provide up to 4" high print at 300 dpi print resolution. ProSeries print heads are designed to work with Marksman Pro and Marksman Net controllers and have a dual ink feed for improved flow rates and faster printing speeds. An ink channel barrier membrane within the sealed print head housing shields the print head and protects the print head from electronics from ink intrusion.

Auto Priming System
APS, a patent pending Auto Priming System standard with the 384 and 768 models, is designed to automatically self-prime each print head, forcing a small amount of ink through the channels, expelling trapped air and debris that causes ink "drop out". Priming cycles are programmed at the plant level, using facility time schedules to determine need. The bonded maintenance plate has a non-stick coated surface to prevent collection and adhesion of airborne plant debris, including corrugated dust and glue.

Both Marksman Net and Marksman Pro controllers come standard with Box writer software for creating industry compliant barcodes, graphic and text. The Marksman Net controller works with a single print head and can be networked with up to 200 Marskman Net systems. Marksman Pro controllers are equipped with a "Touch Screen" monitor and standard QWERTY keyboard. Each Marksman Pro can control up to six print heads.

Economical Case Coder - 100 Series Overview

The ID Technology 100 Series of large character inkjet printers offers economical, user friendly, compact solutions to alphanumeric case coding.

These inkjet printers are ready to go right out of the box. The printer only needs an AC power source and it is ready to print - even the product detector is built-in. The versatile, hand-adjustable, mounting bracket attaches easily to any conveyor or case sealer. The units can even be moved from line to line with ease. Removable nozzles allow quick easy maintenance. The non-CFC pressurized ink cartridge snaps in place to eliminate messy ink spills and assure complete ink consumption for economical, environmentally-friendly operation. The user-friendly keypad has a four-line, sixteen character per line LCD display and multi-lingual prompts, allowing easy data entry and message editing. Ink droplet size is easily programmed from the keypad to adjust for substrate variations. Optimum print quality reflects your product quality. Font Selection is easy with the push of a button, choose from .5", .75" and .75" bold characters for Model 107 or 1.75", 1.5", 1.25", and .9" for Model 116.
