Robocaser Small Footprint Case Packer

The Robocaser™ is a low-cost, top loading case packer. It features a small footprint, rugged and reliable construction, and easy-to-use color interface. Strengths of the Robocaser case packer come in the form of packing products that are flexible and in tubs. The RobocaserTM can pack cartons, bags, pouches, trays, and flow wraps into more than two dozen pack patterns. The Robocaser™ is ideal for contract packagers, and the food/beverage, pharmaceutical, personal goods industries. It can accommodate package sizes ranging from 2"x 2" to 36" x 17" and also a wide range of packaging case sizes. |

This lower-cost, top loading Robocaser™ case packer includes the industry standard Allen-Bradley 10.5" PanelView 100 color touch screen, three levels of security with password protection and a rugged carbon steel construction.

Series 12 Top Load Case Packer

The Series 12™ top load case packer boasts quality construction in a small footprint. It accommodates a wide range of case sizes to fit nearly any application. The case type used the Series 12™ is regular slotted cases (RSC). It achieves speeds up to 17 cases per minute (product and pack pattern dependent) with pick-n-place product loading. Other value added features include the industry standard Allen-Brandley 7" Plus PanelView touch screen and case sealing options. |

Series 18 All-Mechanical Case Packers

The Series 18™ All-Mechanical Case Packers feature a compact frame to fit into the tightest of spaces. There is no set case size range as it can be customized for any application. The Series 18™ accommodates wrap-around, harness, knock-down and tray with lid packaging applications. It can reach up to 18 cases per minute (accumulation, patter, and size dependent). Keeping pace with industry standards, the Series 18TM contains an Allen Bradley Plus PanelView touch screen. |

The Series 20™ Automatic Case Packer has no predetermined set range for pouch size as it is customizable to customers specifications. This case packer allows for either clamshell or tray with lid cases, and accommodates a variety of pouch types such as gusseted (bottom or side), pouch continents-powder, granular, or liquid products, and pouch orientations- upright or lying flat. The Series 32™ also achieves great efficiencies with quick changeovers from full wrap-around cases to trays in minutes.
