Magneta Electric Impulse Bag Sealers

The Audion Magneta Series bag sealers are rugged, reliable machines that provide high quality seals time after time. The Magneta bag sealers are equipped with a magnetic hold down device that ensures strong consistent seals independently from the operator. The easy action of the electric foot switch virtually eliminates operator fatigue. The Magneta seals two layers of polyethylene film up to 8-mil thickness each.* It also seals some thin laminations and foils.* Two magneta electric models are available with seal lengths that meet most requirements. For longer seal lengths, ask about air operator PI Series, where lengths up to 60" are available.

MED PAC GA - Medical Impulse Bag Sealing Machine

The Med Pac bag sealing machine is a heavy duty floor standing sealer for applications requiring process validation of seals. The high pressure seal jaws and Suretemp temperature controller work together to ensure that strong consistent seals are produced time after time. The wide range of jaw sizes make the MED PAC ideal for pouches of almost any size. With its standard jaw selector switch that lets the operator choose whether one or both jaws supply heat, the MED PAC can seal a wide variety of pouch materials including polyethylene, foil, laminates, and Tyvek.

Standard features include:

• Seal lengths: 18”, 24”, 30”, 36”
• Temperature controller with digital readout indicating desired temperature for more consistent seals. Dual sensors monitor heated jaws selected by operator.
• Digital timers for each stage of seal and cool with 0.1 second increments from 0.0 to 9.9 seconds. Sealing time starts when seal temperature is reached, ensuring consistent seals.
• Programmable Pressure Switch for seal pressure permits operator to select maximum and minimum acceptable limits. A digital readout indicates current pressure.
• Alarm system will abort cycle if seal temperature or pressure is out of preset range.
• Emergency Stop Button on control panel.
• Clear control box cover with key lock, so only authorized personnel can change operating parameters. Verification outputs for calibration/verification of machine controllers.
• Ported exhaust that combines all exhaust air to one port that can be piped outside Clean Room environments.
• Unit requires 120 volt electric and 100-120 PSI air.

PI-G - Impulse Bag Sealer

The PI-G Impulse Bag Sealer is designed for applications requiring heavy-duty construction needed for continuous production runs.

Standard features include:

• 5/16" wide seal element in each jaw. This meets the sealing needs of a wide variety of bag materials.
• Seal lengths: 12"-54"
• Control panel has a pressure analog gauge for monitoring seal pressure.
• Operates on 115 volt and 100-120 PSI air supply.
• Rotary switch controlled timers for each stage of seal and cool with 0.25 second increments from 0 to 3.75. Sealing time starts when the foot switch is activated.

Options include:

• Stainless Steel Work shelf and bag support simplifies bag positioning by supporting product during processing.
• Temperature Controller with Readout permits setting maximum seal temperature for more consistent seals.

Pronto Impulse Bag Sealer

The flexible Pronto Impulse Sealer can be used with its bench-mounted stand, or be mounted on a table or wall. The bench stand is provided with two hooks for hanging wicketted bags. Once the bag is in place, the seal cycle will start simply by pushing on the back plate.

Standard features include:

• Seal width: 3/32"
• Seal length: 10"
• Maximum film thickness (PE): 2 x 8 mil.

PT Impulse Heat Bag Sealer

An industry standard, the pneumatically operated PT table top impulse bag sealer features a rugged design and an attention to detail that will produce secure, consistent seals time after time.

Standard features include:

• 3/16" wide by 20" long seal element in the bottom jaw. This meets the sealing needs of a wide variety of bag materials.
• Electronic timers for seal and cool. Time increments are spaced 0.2 seconds, giving a maximum time of 3 seconds each.
• Cycle is started by foot pedal on a flexible cord.
