3M-Matic Case Former 300cf
Construct cases quickly on the assembly line. Rapid operator-fed automatic mode for knock-down cases. Easy adjustment to form cases ranging in size from 8 inch to 23.5 inch long and 8 inch to 21.5 inch wide.
Major flaps are folded by air powered flap folders. Minor flaps are folded as case is inserted. Infeed pusher advances case into 3M-Matic™ Case Sealer for accurate sealing of bottom flaps. 3M AccuGlide HST Taping Heads
Heads available to apply 48 mm and 72 mm wide C-clips of tape at case speeds of up to 150 ft/min. Unique precision shaft and ball bushing slide insure precise application.
Heads can be mounted for upper and lower or right- and left-side applications. Cases are securely and precisely sealed. Can replace other types of taping or gluing heads in existing case sealers.
